These terms govern your purchase and use of the P.max System. By buying or accessing the product, you agree to them.

1. The product

The P.max System is a one-time digital product priced at $88. It includes five modules of video lessons and downloadable templates. When you purchase, you receive a personal account with lifetime access to the modules you bought, subject to these terms.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Your account is for you alone. Don’t share your login, and don’t let others access the modules through your account.
• You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the modules and use the templates for your own business. You may not:

• resell, redistribute, or publicly share the videos or templates;
• copy or rebrand the content as your own course or product;
• circumvent access controls or share gated downloads.

4. Intellectual property

All content in the P.max System — videos, templates, text, and branding — is owned by the P.max Team and protected by intellectual-property laws. Your purchase grants access, not ownership.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Your purchase is covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer

The P.max System is provided for educational purposes. We share methods and templates built from real agency experience, but we don’t guarantee any specific result, income, or outcome — your results depend on your own effort, market, and circumstances. The product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the P.max Team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms — for example, by sharing your account or redistributing content. If your purchase is refunded, your access ends as described in the Refund Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the product after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the P.max Team operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
