We want you to be confident in your purchase. The P.max System comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.

The 14-day guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with the P.max System, you can request a full refund within 14 daysof your purchase. No complicated forms — just email us and we’ll take care of it.

How to request a refund

• Email support@thepmaxteam.com from the address on your account.
• Use the subject line “Refund request” and include the email you purchased with.
• We’ll confirm and process your refund to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days (the exact timing depends on your bank or card provider).

After a refund

Once your refund is issued, your access to the platform and all modules will be revoked. The downloadable templates are licensed for your use only while your purchase is active, so please stop using them after a refund.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund if we detect fraud or clear abuse of this policy (for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles). This doesn’t affect any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
